Moolamobile only intends for use by people registered with us. At our complete discretion we may accept or reject orders.

You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time by updating this posting. You should check this Website from time to time to review the then current terms and conditions, because they are binding on you. Certain provisions of these terms and conditions may be superseded by expressly designated legal notices or terms located on particular pages of this Website. If you do not wish to accept any new terms and conditions after we have given notice, you should not continue to use this Website.

Supplying Us

You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the mobile phone(s) you have agreed to supply. We will send you a confirmation by email once we have received your phone(s). We may refuse to accept an offer of supply: if there has been a pricing or product description error; or if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.


Please be aware that we only pay for mobile phones listed on this website. Any obsolete mobiles received will be recycled accordingly.All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rate. We reserve the right to change prices with out notice, but all orders placed prior to a price change will behonoured at the agreed price when the order is placed except when an obvious pricing error has occurred. Current ‘pending’ orders are valid for 14 days after the order has been placed. We will send you an email notifying you that your order has been accepted when we receive your mobile phones. If we receive your phone after this 14 day period we reserve the right to change the price of your phone(s) to reflect the new price (either upwards or downwards) if prices have changed during this period.

We may change the price of the Device by 5%-9 % without advance notice with auto BACs payment, if condition of the device does not meet the full working criteria listed on our site.

If customer does not approve the quote, a reverse payment will have to be made, along with a £3 postage return cost.

Working Mobile Phones

Every mobile should meet following conditions

It must switch on and off.

  • The integral bodywork should have no cracks, missing plastics / metal and there should be no missing buttons.
  • The screen must be intact with no cracks.
  • There should be no liquid damage.
  • A white screen does not constitute a working phone.
  • If the phone has a touch screen the touch screen must be fully functional.
  • Slider mechanisms must function correctly.
  • The phone must be fully working and fully functional.
  • It must have no fake or non original components
  • Apple iPhones and iPads – All standard functionality and software must be in working order.

Non-Working Mobile Phones

If your mobile does not adhere to the working conditions it will be classified as non-working.

  • It must not be crushed.
  • It must not be broken in half or bent in any way.
  • There must not be liquid damage.
  • No integral parts such as camera, LCD etc should be missing.
  • No integral parts should be detached from the main body of the phone.
  • Apple iPhones and iPads must have ALL components and buttons still attached to the handset.

Working Apple iPhones

It must be on a UK network

  • It must switch on and off.
  • All buttons must function correctly
  • The LCD must be working and power up correctly and fully beyond the ‘Welcome Note’.
  • There should be no liquid damage.
  • A white screen does not constitute a working iPhone.
  • The touch screen must be fully functional.
  • All standard functionality and software must be in working order.
  • It must have no fake or non original components

Non-Working Apple iPhones

It must be on a UK network

  • It must not be crushed.
  • It must not be broken in half or bent in any way.
  • There must not be liquid damage.
  • No integral parts such as buttons, camera, LCD etc should be missing.
  • No integral parts should be detached from the main body of the phone

Please be aware:

We check all received phones via www.checkmend.com a crime protection database, to ensure that the mobile phones are not barred or registered stolen. We do not accept stolen or barred handsets.

By presenting a request through our site you warrant that your mobile phone(s) agree to these terms.

You should keep on being in charge of any such charges. You are in charge of scratching off any broadcast appointment contract connected to every mobile telephone. We are not in charge of any call costs that may be caused emerging some time recently, or after, receipt of your mobile telephone, or emerging from some other circumstances at all. Moolamobile maintains whatever authority is needed to dismiss any handset it doesn’t regard satisfactory.

Please note that it is your responsibility to remove data from your mobile phone(s) before you send them to M&C. Such data includes, for example, personal details, SMS, photos, games, songs or any other data.

Return and cancellation

If you change your mind or were not happy with the quote we provided we will return the device with 10 working days in original condition at a cost of £3.

Guarantee 5%

We will increase the value by 5% from the highest price quoted on competitors website, it must be a well established and trusted website. By competitors we mean companies such as Mazuma Mobile FoneBank, and Envirophones. Other companies policies on prices varies which means prices quoted on the website may change dramatically once the company receives the phone. Therefore we do not match our prices with such companies that does not offer fix prices on a website.

Other than personally identifiable information, which is covered under the Privacy Policy any material you transmit or post to this Website will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. We will have no obligations with respect to such material. We and our nominees will be free to copy, disclose, distribute, incorporate and otherwise use such material and all data, images, sounds, text and other things embodied therein for any and all commercial or non-commercial purposes. To register with Moola Mobile you must be over eighteen years of age or, If you are under 18 years of age, that you have obtained your parent’s or guardian’s consent to sell your phone to Moola Mobile Each registration is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network. Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you and if you know or suspect that someone else knows your password, you should contact us immediately. We may suspend or cancel your registration immediately at our reasonable discretion or if you breach any of your obligations under these terms and conditions.


Moolamobile offer payment by Paypal or BACS.

Checks will be issued inside of 24 hours of accepting your request and sent by Royal Mail First Class Post to the location gave for you. We will just reissue non-got checks 14 days after unique Check issue. Reissuing checks may take up to 7 days from date of solicitation because of bank organization.

Checks are substantial for 6 months, and will be reissued for up to 12 months after the first issue date.

BACS installments will be in your record up to 48 hours after we acknowledge your request. On the off chance that you pick BACS it is the obligation of the client to enter the right record number and sort code.
